Free Nature Sketch Aug 1 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm

July 31, 2018

The Bateman Centre, as part of their pop-up exhibit currenlty on display at the Oak Bay Municipal Hall, is hosting a Nature Sketch on August 1 between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm. This event is FREE, all ages and abilities are welcome and all materials will be supplied.

If you have not been to see Birds Eye View yet, drop by to learn about the importance of migratory bird sanctuaries in the Capital Regional District (CRD), and how you can support them. Birds Eye View features illustrations by Canadian Artist Claire Gaulin Brown, local photography by Stuart Clark, and stunning videography by Roll.Focus.Productions in an 11 panel standup exhibit. Come by and celebrate the history of the Victoria Harbour, Esquimalt Lagoon, and Shoal Harbour migratory bird sanctuaries, and the continued impact they have on species near and far.

Birds Eye View is on display now at the Oak Bay Municipal Hall through August 2, 2018 during regular business hours, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and admission is free.
