Oak Bay Recreation admission and pass prices cover access to swimming, fitness centres, group fitness, skating, and drop-in sports at Oak Bay Recreation Centre and Henderson Recreation Centre (excluding golf and tennis). It also provides access to group fitness sessions at Monterey Recreation Centre. Some restrictions may apply.

Continuous Access Pass Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Continuous Access Pass?
Enjoy continuous access to our facilities for a low monthly fee with the convenience of automatic payments. The Continuous Access Pass provides access to the same drop-in activities and sessions included with our other pass options.
To sign up, visit the Reception Desk at Henderson, Monterey, or Oak Bay Recreation Centre.
How does the ongoing Continuous Access Pass subscription work?
Similar to other subscription services, you’ll provide a credit card or pre-authorized debit information and be automatically billed on the same date each month.
Your membership will remain active until you request a cancellation.
What if I need to cancel my Continuous Access Pass?
The minimum commitment period for a Continuous Access Pass is three (3) months. After that, you may cancel your subscription at the end of any billing cycle.
To cancel, phone or visit the Reception Desk at any Oak Bay Recreation Centre.
Cancellation requests must be received at least seven (7) days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Once a payment has been processed, that month’s fee is non-refundable. Partial refunds will not be issued for memberships cancelled partway through a billing cycle.
What happens if a payment is declined?
You will be notified of any declined payments. A $20 NSF fee will be charged for any payment returned or declined by your financial institution. Payment of the outstanding balance and NSF fee is due immediately upon notification, and access will be suspended until payment has been received.

What if I need to update my account or payment information?
It is the passholder’s responsibility to keep account and payment information current. Requests to update account details, including payment information, must be made in person or by phone through the Reception Desk at any Oak Bay Recreation Centre. Please allow at least seven (7) days for requested changes to take effect.
Can I pause my Continuous Access Pass?
Yes, passholders may place their Continuous Access Pass on hold for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days per request.
A maximum of two (2) hold requests are permitted per 365 days.
Exceptions may be considered for medical, compassionate, or other extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of Oak Bay Parks, Recreation & Culture.

Adult: An individual between the ages of 19-59 years.

Family: Maximum of five individuals composed of either two adults and and three child/youth or one adult and four child/youth.

Oak Bay Recreation Gift Card
Give the gift of recreation! Ideal for special occasions or when you prefer not to carry cash. You select the desired amount. Purchase at reception desks in Oak Bay, Henderson, and Monterey Recreation Centres. There are no credits or refunds on the purchase of a gift card.
