Pay Utilities

Utility bills may be paid by cash, cheque, Interac, electronic telephone transfer, or online banking if you deal with a financial institution that supports this type of bill payment. Check with your financial institution for further details.  Credit cards are not accepted.

Paying through Online Banking

  • Log onto online banking with your financial institution.
  • If you do not have online banking, contact your bank to set it up.
  • Add the District of Oak Bay as a payee.

Paying through pre-authorized direct debit

The District also offers a pre-authorized direct debit payment option whereby the outstanding balance is paid from your financial institution account on the due date.
