The Oak Bay website is optimized for the the following browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer 8+. In addition, the site should work properly on iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows mobile devices. The website is not optimized for Internet Explorer 7 and earlier.

No information available for residential parking permits. Closed Page has been added regarding residential parking.
Garbage tool not working for a specific address. Closed Garbage tool has been tested and is working. Need to know specific address that isn't working as it must need to be updated in the database. The "results not found" message has been modified to include instructions to submit your address.
Garbage schedules unavailable without successful lookup. Closed Garbage schedule links have been added to the "results not found" message.
November 19 and 20:
Site loading slowly and hanging at points.		 Closed Site host/server had technical issues. Site has since been moved to a new host and server and is now loading quickly.
Annual Report links missing. Closed Annual report PDFs now linked from annual reports page.
