Join us for a free Collage Art Workshop hosted by April Caverhill on March 13 from 3:15-5:15pm. Open to ages 11-17, this event will be hosted at the Oak Bay Youth Centre. All supplies will be included, come as you are. Learn the basics of collage art and create your own masterpiece!
