Personal Training is an excellent way to improve your overall fitness, stay motivated, revamp your existing workout program and get results. A Registered Personal Trainer will work with you one on one to design a specialized workout program specific to your needs and fitness goals. Learn proper form and technique to reduce injury and enhance your workout program.

Need some support with your home based training? Itching to get back into the fitness studio but need a refresher on equipment? Personal training will be available at the Henderson Fitness Studio and outdoors at either our Henderson or Oak Bay Recreation locations! Personal Training - Rehabilitation

A rehab specialist will work with you to develop a safe and effective program in a one-on-one environment. Designed for those recovering from an injury due to sport, work, or motor vehicle accident and those who may have physical limitations due to musculoskeletal, neurological or respiratory illnesses.

Cost

Private Training: $65 per hour

  • 2 Sessions - $130
  • 5 Sessions - $293
  • 10 Sessions - $520
  • 15 Sessions - $731

Semi-Private: 1½ hour sessions:

Do it together! Working out with a partner can be fun and an excellent way to keep motivated. Programs designed for two people.

Price per couple:

  • Single - $110
  • 2 Sessions - $215
  • 3 Sessions - $305
  • 10 Sessions - $961

New, unused Resistance Band will be available upon request to personal training clients with the purchase of any package to help support you in your home based training! Resistance Bands are simple to use, highly effective and multifunctional exercise tool.

All one-on-one packages require a completed Client Health History Form (includes Informed Consent where applicable):

​The above client packages can be printed and filled out manually (or fillable online where applicable), or can also be picked up from reception.

A trainer will contact you within 72 hours to set up your first appointment.
All packages have a six month expiry. 24 hours notice required for cancelled appointment.
