Fitness Studio Orientation

Are you new to the fitness centres or have you been away for a while? Sign up for a fitness studio orientation that will give you an overview of our Fitness Studio rules, etiquette and equipment or provide a refresher for those who have been away. Review selected strength and cardio equipment set up and technique. PAR-Q health clearance questionnaire required. Call 250-370-7117 to book an orientation.

Personal Training

Personal Training is a great way to get in shape and stay motivated or revamp your existing workout regime. A registered trainer will work with you one on one to provide private instruction and coaching on exercises designed for you. Our trainers will create a personalized program tailored to meet your needs and reach your goals. Please complete a Personal Training Client Package and Health History form and return to reception.

Personal Training - Rehabilitation

A rehab specialist will work with you to develop a safe and effective program in a one-on-one environment. Designed for those recovering from an injury due to sport, work, or motor vehicle accident and those who may have physical limitations due to musculoskeletal, neurological or respiratory illnesses.

We offer both dry-land Active Rehabilitation and/or Water Rehabilitation. Insurance coverage accepted.


Private: 1 hour sessions: (minimum 2 sessions)

  • 5 Sessions - $293
  • 10 Sessions - $520
  • 15 Sessions - $731

Semi-Private: 1½ hour sessions:

Do it together! Working out with a partner can be fun and an excellent way to keep motivated. Programs designed for two people.

Price per couple:

  • Single - $110
  • 2 Sessions - $215
  • 3 Sessions - $305
  • 10 Sessions - $961

Fitness Assessment

This assessment will give you a detailed picture of your overall fitness level. It includes pre-screening and basic measurements of heart rate, blood pressure, height and weight.

Tests are conducted to measure strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. This will only provide an assessment of fitness level and does not include a workout program.

This is the ideal choice for those returning from a break or those beginning a fitness program. A completed Par Med-X or Physicians note is required.

All one-on-one packages require a completed Client Health History Form (includes Informed Consent where applicable):

​The above client packages can be printed and filled out manually (or fillable online where applicable), or can also be picked up from reception.

A trainer will contact you within 72 hours to set up your first appointment.
All packages have a six month expiry. 24 hours notice required for cancelled appointment.
