Enjoy a free ice cream cone, meet your neighbours and assess the block and creek for climate risk
at Bowker Creek and Bee Street (in the Oak Bay Recreation Centre parking lot).

The Oak Bay Coolkit project brings neighbours together
for climate action, block-by-block. The Bowker-&-Bee block and creek provide big examples of climate change risk and vulnerability.
