Room rental and meeting space is available in the Granite Room at Monterey Recreation Centre.

The Granite Room is a unique, 550 square foot space with a private outside entrance.

Amenities include:
One internet hardwired desktop computer (linked to overhead projector), white board, flip charts, tables and chairs.

Perfect for meetings and learning seminars (max. 25 people). 

Conveniently located under Monterey Recreation Centre at ground level in the heart of Oak Bay Village next to the Oak Bay Library.

An outdoor elevator and covered staircase connects people to the main floor of the centre where reception, washrooms, food services and break out groups/lounge space is available.

Hourly Rental Fees:

• Non-Profit: $40/hr +gst
• Commercial: $120/hr +gst
• Monthly Rental Rates Negotiable
• Open to Partnership Opportunities
