The District of Oak Bay Young Exceptional Star (Y.E.S) recognize the accomplishments of youth from grades 6-10 in the Oak Bay area. Students that attend schools in the Oak Bay District or those who have an Oak Bay address, as well as those attending private school or who are receiving a home school education, are all eligible for consideration.

The committee is looking annually for businesses to donate $150 each towards this event. This amount would include your business name associated with the award, a chance for a member of your business to present the award to a recipient at the awards night to be held on an evening in early May, and one ticket for the awards dinner. The Y.E.S. Award Committee would also print an acknowledgement of your donation in the events program and in the Oak Bay News.
