Oak Bay Emergency Program
Volunteers with the Oak Bay Emergency Program (OBEP) help build a disaster resilient community. They train and help residents respond and recover in the event of an emergency. Roles include Emergency Support Services, Auxiliary Communications and Neighbourhood Emergency Preparedness.
