A small (.315 hectare) undeveloped waterfront access with limited beach area in a residential area. This is a passive green space which allows pedestrians a restful stop with scenic views of the ocean. Beach access is by means of rough stairs carved out of the embankment to a pebbled beach which is accessible at low tide only.
In accordance with Section 5 of the Federal Migratory Bird Sanctuary Regulations, dogs and cats are not permitted to run at large at any time - they must be under the continuous and effective control of their owners at all times. This will typically be on-leash but could also mean held in the owner’s arms.
