A small (.315 hectare) undeveloped waterfront access with limited beach area in a residential area. This is a passive green space which allows pedestrians a restful stop with scenic views of the ocean. Beach access is by means of rough stairs carved out of the embankment to a pebbled beach which is accessible at low tide only.
