The District of Oak Bay is proposing updates to home-based business regulations, and we want to hear from you!
We heard from residents about their interest in home-based businesses in last year’s OCP update and are proposing updates to potentially increase opportunities while minimizing impacts. The first main proposal is a tiered system, introducing three types of home businesses with varying levels of neighbourhood impact.
