Artwork Exhibitions showcase a collection of local artists work at the Neighbourhood Learning Centre & Henderson Recreation Centre. Admission is free for everyone to enjoy!
Currently on Display: The Independent Artist Group
The Independent Artist Group exhibits unique and inspired paintings, photographs and mandalas. The participating artists are from across the Greater Victoria area.
Each artist draws inspiration for their work for different and, quite often, personal sources. They conceive art because they love it and hope you will too.

Oak Bay Arts & Culture provides free exhibition space at the Neighbourhood Learning Centre and Henderson Recreation Centre to promote local artists and arts. Oak Bay Artist’s Exhibitions are approximately 2 months in duration. Our facilities are welcoming, public spaces. Artwork should be appropriate for all ages and respectful of diverse cultures and beliefs.
Applications are accepted year-round. A waitlist is maintained.
