Oak Bay Parks, Recreation and Culture admission rates and pass fees will increase by 4% this Fall, effective September 1, 2023 (the last fee increase was in 2013).

Annual passes offer unlimited access using one card to drop-in weight room use, group fitness classes including cycle, drop-in swimming including sauna, steam and hot tub, group aquafit classes, drop-in skating, drop-in sport sessions such as duffer hockey, soccer, badminton, pickleball, and table tennis.

Affordability:

• This Fall an Adult annual pass is $400/year, only $1.10/day! Ask us about our monthly payment plan. Unlimited access for $33.33/month.

• If you drop into our facilities 2X/week the Adult Annual pass saves you $343.00/year versus paying a single admission each time.

• This Fall, the Youth annual pass is $175/year, only $0.49/day! Ask us about our monthly payment plan. Unlimited access for $14.58/month.

Financial assistance is available for individuals and families who qualify through the Greater Victoria Leisure Involvement for Everyone (L.I.F.E.) program.

Extra Perks:

• New to our fitness facilities? With an Annual Pass, you are entitled to a free weight room orientation with one of our Fitness staff.

• If you are a member of the Monterey Centre, you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on an Annual Pass.

• Annual pass holders are eligible to receive a 60% discount on a Golf Season Pass.

• Every Adult and Youth Annual Passholder will receive Buddy Pass, which enables a friend to accompany you for free up to five times! BONUS: If your friend purchases an Adult or Youth Annual Pass for the first time on your recommendation your Annual Pass will be extended by ONE MONTH! 

Access:

• No need to wait in line. A pass allows you to scan your card and gain direct access to the arena, pool and fitness facilities.
• Access to drop-in activities at the Oak Bay Recreation Centre, Henderson Recreation Centre, Monterey Recreation Centre, and Neighbourhood Learning Centre.

Changes:

Based on customer feedback requesting pass options that better meet their lifestyle, some pass options have changed. 

*The 5-week pass is replaced by a 1-month pass
*The 4-month pass is replaced by a 3-month pass
*The 5X general admission punch pass is no longer offered
*The 25X general admission punch pass is here to stay
