Type of Work: Underground Utilities, Sanitary Pump Station Upgrades
Stage: Pre-Construction
Location: King George Terrace (Northbound Lane) and Radcliffe Lane
Construction Timeline: Spring/Summer 2027
The Radcliffe Lane and King George Terrace Pump Stations are in need of upgrades, as identified in the District’s Sanitary Sewer Master Plan (2021). These upgrades will help address aging components of each station.
Sanitary services, garbage collection and emergency services will be maintained during construction.

Project Updates
October 2026 | Contract Awarded and 2027 Construction
The project has been awarded to Hazelwood Construction. Materials are currently being prepared for construction, anticipated for Spring/Summer 2027. Construction notices will be shared with nearby residents closer to work starting. Construction is expected to be complete by Fall 2027.
Traffic Impacts
Traffic impacts will be identified closer to the start of construction. During active construction hours, beach access at Radcliffe Lane will be closed.
