Type of Work: Underground Sanitary Sewer Service Replacement

Construction Timeline: Spring to Winter 2027 (tentative)
Replacement of the current sanitary main will help increase the capacity of the system, while also addressing aging infrastructure that has shown recent issues.

Staff are currently working on the tender package, with plans to go to tender this winter and construction anticipated to start in Spring 2027.
Traffic Impacts
Impacts will be known once a successful bid has been selected and construction dates have been set. However, access to Windsor Park will be affected during the project, based upon the schedules of regular users (Rugby, Cricket). Those impacts will be shared when information is available.
