About the Project
Location: Crescent Road at Foul Bay Road
Stage: Detailed Design
Construction: Anticipated November 2026
This project will upgrade the water infrastructure at the border of Oak Bay and the City of Victoria. The upgrades will help support an emergency water supply for South Oak Bay, on a as-needed basis.
Currently, the only water supply connection is through a CRD main at Lansdowne Road. This connection will help build resilience of our water distribution system by increasing supply locations.
