Bio: 

I have always been an advocate of health & wellness via fitness training. I was a member of the BMO Dragon Boat team for 3 years and won the silver medal in the Nanaimo regional competition. I regularly attend the Island Fitness Conference and keep up with the local fads and trends. I believe that moderation and balance are the key words to be used in all aspects of life to improve your body, mind, and soul. 

A healthy and fit body needs proper nutrition, physical exercise and a positive attitude. Add to that, the right amount of rest and a stress free mind and you can have a healthy, active and productive life. When you exercise, you will get fit and strong, gain physical energy, mental clarity and proper body movement. By going to the gym regularly you improve your cardiovascular condition, tone your body and improve your core strength & mobility. Perseverance and continuity is important to maintain and improve on your achievements.
