Training Philosophy:

My training style is flexible, depending on each client’s needs and goals. I always try to find a successful start point for every client. This is done by assessments, knowing medical history, and the clients goals and interests. The training program should progress gradually toward meeting those goals. It is always great when a client can meet his/her goals and then gets to create new ones.
