NOTICE OF PROPERTY DISPOSITION

Pursuant to Section 26 (3) of the Community Charter

TAKE NOTICE that the District of Oak Bay proposes to dispose of property located at 1) 1531 Hampshire Road, legally described as Lot 35, Block 1, Section 69, Victoria District Plan 919, PID: 008-191-786 and 1538 Monterey Avenue, legally described as Lots 7 & 8, Block 1, Section 69, Victoria District, Plan 919, PIDs: 008-191-531 and 008-191-565  by way of a lease for a period from lease signature (anticipated September 2020) to August 1, 2023 to the Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society (VIRCS) for the rent of $900 per month (1531 Hampshire Road) and $200/occupied room under current zoning and $1100 per month should rezoning be achieved to allow for an eight-resident "Welcome House" (1538 Monterey Avenue).
