With a stunning backdrop of Willows Beach, these outdoor concerts gather the community to celebrate music and the arts. Our concerts highlight local musicians with emerging artists as opening acts. Presented by Oak Bay Parks, Recreation and Culture. Bring a picnic? Ride your bike? Help to keep our concerts in the park green.

1st Set – lək̓ʷəŋən Traditional Dancers
The lək̓ʷəŋən Traditional Dancers. The history of lək̓ʷəŋən Traditional Dancers stretches back 45 years. Currently under the guidance of sisters Lyla and Beth Dick, the group was founded in 1978 at the Victoria Native Friendship Centre by Ray Peter from the Cowichan tribe along with Bob Malcom and Jim, Butch and Skip Dick.

2nd Set – Pacific Opera Victoria
Enjoy a captivating performance by artists from Pacific Opera Victoria, featuring Chelsea Kutyn and Tim Carter.

3rd Set – STAGES Dance Company
Founded in 1980 under Kim Breiland’s artistic direction, STAGES Dance Company is one of Victoria’s largest pre-professional performing ensembles. STAGES fosters a love of dance, bringing the community together through movement and artistry.

4th Set – Marimba Mufaro

Mufaro Marimba is a dynamic musical ensemble that brings the vibrant, infectious rhythms of Zimbabwe and southern Africa to life. The name “Mufaro” means “joy” in Shona, reflecting the uplifting spirit of the music they play. Specializing in polyrhythmic marimba melodies, the group’s performances are energetic, engaging, and designed to inspire.
