Notice is hereby given that the District of Oak Bay will hold a Public Hearing for 1318 Transit Road Heritage Revitalization Agreement Authorization Bylaw No. 4880, 2024, and 1318 Transit Road Heritage Designation Bylaw No. 4882, 2024, on Monday November 12, 2024 at 7:00 pm.

1318 Transit Road Heritage Revitalization Agreement Authorization Bylaw No. 4880, 2024, would create a Heritage Revitalization Agreement (HRA) between the District and the owners of 1318 Transit Road. The purpose of this HRA is to secure protection of and improvements to the home on that property as well as to facilitate the subdivision of three residential lots from the property.

1318 Transit Road Heritage Designation Bylaw No. 4882, 2024, would designate by bylaw 1318 Transit Road as a protected heritage property into the future.
