Notice to residents on Avondale Road: The Capital Regional District (CRD) is completing maintenance work on the Mt. Tolmie reservoir where drainage of water within the reservoir is directed into the District of Oak Bay’s stormwater system. Please be advised that residents may hear an increase in water flow through the storm pipes due to this maintenance work. Work is expected to start tomorrow morning (October 26, 2023) and last 6 to 8 days.
