As required by the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the Corporation of the District of Oak Bay 2020 Annual Report will be considered at the Council meeting to be held on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 2167 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria, BC.  This meeting will be webcast live and can be viewed at oakbay.civicweb.net.  Submissions and questions from the public in relation to the Annual Report will be considered at this meeting.

The draft Annual Report is available for inspection on the municipal website at www.oakbay.ca/municipal-hall/plans-and-reports/annual-reports.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the District of Oak Bay Municipal Hall remains closed to the public. Members of the public are strongly encouraged to submit written comments in advance of the meeting. Questions and comments regarding the Annual Report must be received by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting and may be submitted by:

•    Drop Box:    Main door, Oak Bay Municipal Hall, 2167 Oak Bay Avenue

All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda accompanying the report for consideration.

Members of the public may also pre-register to speak to Council live during the meeting by emailing meetings@oakbay.ca and providing your name and the number you will be calling from. You will be provided instructions on how to dial in and participate in the meeting either by phone or through ZOOM using your smartphone, computer or other device. The deadlines to pre-register to speak are:
•    noon on the day of the meeting for Council or Committee meetings, and
•    9:00AM on the day of the hearing for Public Hearings
