The Oak Bay Emergency Program (OBEP) has launched a community survey! We’re looking to strengthen services, programs and initiatives to support you and your family, ensuring Oak Bay is prepared and resilient in the face of emergency.

Survey responses will be compiled by an independent firm and be kept anonymous. The survey was also mailed to 1,600 random households in the District of Oak Bay.
The survey results will be presented to the District’s Emergency Management Planning Committee (Bylaw 4890) and will be available on the District’s Oak Bay Emergency Program page. Additional information and planning documents such as the 2024 Community Risk Assessment and 2025 Municipal Response Plan are also available online.
