Background
In May 2025, Council directed staff to launch a broad community-wide engagement process to ensure the updated strategy reflects local needs and perspectives, specifically related to the nine proposed cycling routes identified as key to building a cycling network.
Your input helps shape Active Transportation in Oak Bay
This first phase of engagement (September, 2025) focuses on gathering insights to inform an updated ATS as well as gathering high-level feedback to refine nine proposed cycling routes.
This input will inform both the updated ATS and the new Cycling Implementation Plan, which will be presented to Council in 2026.
