Oak Bay Arts Alive 2025 Opening Celebration

Oak Bay Parks, Recreation and Culture invites the public to the opening celebration of Arts Alive 2025. The evening begins with a free guided tour of this year’s public sculpture installations, accompanied by live performances from local musicians. Participants are encouraged to join the tour by bus, bicycle, skates or scooter.
The tour runs from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m., followed by a reception from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Windsor Park. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the artists, sponsors and community members who support the program.
