About the Project
The District of Oak Bay is introducing active transportation improvements to Henderson and Haultain-Estevan Cycling Routes. These improvements will help make it easier for residents and visitors to travel to, through and from Oak Bay.
This work will include cycling and pedestrian infrastructure upgrades alongside approximately 100 metres ofĀ underground utility replacements.

Project Updates
January 2026 Update | Award of Tender
The construction tender has been approved and awarded to Erdem Excavating. Construction is anticipated to begin in February 2026 and take place until Summer 2026.
