Call before you dig!

Whether you’re landscaping, installing fence posts, or building a deck, hitting an underground gas line or other utility lines can be dangerous and expensive. Whenever you’re digging, it’s important to know where your gas lines are located before you start.

Before digging, call BC ONE CALL at 1-800-474-6886 to request underground line  information. Plan ahead. Call at least three business days before you dig.  Provincial regulations require you to hand dig to expose buried lines before using any mechanical excavation equipment like an auger or backhoe.

So please, always call before you dig.
