During this time of pandemic, bylaw enforcement services at the District of Oak Bay will primarily focus on health and safety issues and building activities without permit. 

Unfortunately we are unable to respond to complaints related to minor bylaw infractions at this time. 

Please do not call the District with complaints related to minor bylaw infractions as we are focusing on the District’s pandemic response.  As the situation improves our broader enforcement services will resume.
