  • Seniors: 60 years of age and over.
  • Child: up to 12 years of age; children 5 years & under are free!

Punch Passes offer a 25% discount  and have a 2 year expiry from the date of purchase.

Single Admission and Punch Passes are applicable for participation in our pre-registered single session activities such as fitness studio, group fitness, skating, and aquatic sessions. (See schedules for appropriate sessions, some restrictions apply.)

Annual Passes

As all Oak Bay Recreation Facilities remain closed as of Tuesday March 17, all active memberships and passes will be extended for the duration of our closure until reopening. This means that your membership pass end date will be automatically extended for the time frame we are closed, i.e. if we are closed for 8 weeks, your pass will be extended for 8 weeks.
However, if you would prefer to cancel your membership at this time please contact Oak Bay Reception, 250-595-7946, during our modified business hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Refunds on cancellations will be back dated to the date of closure.
This facility closure includes the Oak Bay Recreation Centre, Henderson Recreation Centre, the Neighbourhood Learning Centre, Windsor Pavilion and the Monterey Recreation Centre.

  • Adult: $385 (19 years & over)
  • Family: $854.50 (maximum 2 adults and 3 youth under 19 years or maximum 1 adult and 4 youth under 19 years)
  • Youth: $169 (13 -18 years)
  • Four Month: Adult $197.50 Senior/Student $153
  • Five Week: Adult $73.50 Senior/Student $56.25
  • Annual Regional Pass: $492 – 1 pass for 12 Centres in Greater Victoria

PASSES INCLUDE:
unlimited use of drop-in aerobics, aquatics, fitness studio, skating, duffer hockey, table-tennis & badminton (see schedules for appropriate sessions, some restrictions apply)

ADULT & YOUTH PASSES:
Every Recreation Oak Bay Adult and Youth Annual Pass holder will receive a Buddy Pass, which will enable a FRIEND TO ACCOMPANY YOU FREE up to five times!

BONUS:
If your friend purchases an Adult or Youth Annual Pass for the first time, your Pass will be extended by ONE MONTH!

Pre-authorized Debit – Monthly Payment Plan

The Recreation Pre-Authorized Debit Plan is an optional payment plan which provides an opportunity to make monthly payments for Recreation Oak Bay Annual Passes or for the Regional Annual Pass.

The payments are made by authorizing automatic transfer of payments charged to a valid credit card, (Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX) which does NOT expire in the next 3 months. Visa Debit not accepted. Please see reception to get started.

L.I.F.E. Program

The L.I.F.E. (Leisure Involvement For Everyone) program has been designed to provide healthy lifestyle opportunities for the residents of Oak Bay on limited incomes. L.I.F.E. is also available at all Greater Victoria Recreational Facilities.
