If you are looking for a daycare option, there is Paddington Station - a full-time, Licensed Group Daycare for children 3 to 5 years of age at the new Neighbourhood Learning Centre. Recreation Oak Bay also offers Preschool Playhouse – a Licensed Preschool for children aged 3-4. Located at Windsor Pavilion.
