Oak Bay Parks, Recreation and Culture is proud to support this annual parade of lighted boats from the Royal Victoria Yacht Club. The parade can be viewed from Cattle Point, Willows Beach and Cadboro Bay.

7pm - Cattle Point

7:15pm - Willows Beach 

7:45pm - Gyro Park & Cadboro Bay
