Prenatal/Postnatal Aquafit

Pregnant or just had a baby? This low impact aquafit class is for you! Workouts are a safe, fun way for expecting and new moms to stay in shape while protecting joints, reducing varicose veins and aiding in the prevention of gestational diabetes. Taught by a Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist. Tuesdays, 7-8pm ($35 for 4 sessions). Classes start September 3rd.
