This month's F.O.U.P. bird walk is this coming Friday, October 28th. We will meet in the main parking lot at Cattle Point at 8:00 AM. It's an exciting time of year for birding. Many of our winter residents are returning, fall migrants are moving through, and rarities are turning up all over the place. Uplands Park's first Harris's Sparrow is still present in the central meadow and would it not be fitting to find an owl just before Halloween?!
