This evening: Brandy Moore & the Nightcaps

Dynamite vocals and harmonies, smokin' lead guitar, soulful keys, a solid rhythm section and an eclectic repertoire – all guaranteed to make you dance!

Treating audiences to a welcome infusion of rhythm and soul. The latest project of acclaimed singer/songwriter Brandy Moore, Brandy Moore & the Nightcaps is a high-energy classic R&B/funk/soul/Motown band based in Victoria BC. As a singer/songwriter and song interpreter with over 25 years of performing experience, Moore has appeared in Europe, the US, Mexico and Canada. On her latest CD “Real Good Love” she is backed by a stellar cast of Nashville players including multi-grammy award winner Phil Kenzie and Bonnie Raitt's long-time guitarist George Marinelli. Moore's exceptionally warm voice along with her heartfelt delivery of both classic and original material has been compared favourably to Bonnie Raitt, Etta James and Eva Cassidy.

Joining Brandy is her backing band The Nightcaps, featuring the prolific and accomplished Victor Wells (vocals and guitar) and a dream-team rhythm section of seasoned veterans anchored drummer Jon Miller.
