Bowker Creek between Hampshire and Oak Bay High School. Celebrating its 15th year, the Bowker Creek Brush Up sees artists from the Oak Bay Community Artists Society and other guest artists to meet the public and demonstrate how they create their art. This great annual event brings the community together for a festive and fun day!
