We humans are creatures of habit. Once we form a habit in our life, whether good or bad, it is difficult to part with. Throughout my life I have developed healthy and active habits and I enjoy helping others to do the same.
I specialize in training clients of all ages who are willing and enthusiastic about making healthy changes in their lives.
I am an avid tennis player and enjoy resistance training on a regular basis, as well as boxing, jogging, cycling, swimming, and recreational volleyball. I have a background in gymnastics and competed on a junior boxing team in the Ukraine.
