I believe exercise should be part of your everyday life; you will gain strength and energy with a regular exercise program.My motto is “fall in love with your body, fit for life.”


Working with individuals who are looking to change their exercise regime and integrate cycling and interval training into their workouts. I enjoy creating programs that are multidimensional and functional to suit the individual and their fitness goals with special attention on form. I like to work with all levels and abilities. 


I have always been active in sports, starting with organized sports and transitioning over time into triathlons, marathons, cycling and cross country skiing in my adult life. Personal training helps me help you get in shape and stay in shape.
