I'm pretty chill! I teach relaxed, fun classes where I encourage people to listen to what their bodies need and follow that. I love building community and getting to know my students. I'm easygoing and we laugh a lot in class.

I had been working exclusively as a personal trainer and in the weight room for five years and was starting to burn out. Yoga had been a part of my wellness during that time - it helped me feel centered and calm. I had always enjoyed teaching fitness and helping people and teaching yoga felt like a natural next step.
