Estimates Committee Meetings Schedule

  • 5:30 PM (Doors open 5:00 PM) - April 12 and April 19, 2017
  • Meetings held in Council Chambers, Oak Bay Municipal Hall (2167 Oak Bay Avenue)

As part of our annual budget process, Council meets sitting as the Budget Estimates Committee to review the draft budget and Financial Plan for 2017 and onwards. Members of the public are welcome to attend and make their views and ideas known. Any correspondence which includes name and municipality of residence and is received before 3:00 PM on the meeting date will be placed on the agenda for consideration. You may submit correspondence c/o the Deputy Director of Corporate Services by email or by hard copy to 2167 Oak Bay Avenue, Victoria BC, V8R 1G2.
