Oak Bay is looking to fill a vacancy on the District's Board of Variance.

The Board is an independent body that operates separately from the District Council. Its mandate is to consider minor variances to, for example, the Oak Bay Zoning Bylaw, where a person is experiencing undue hardship by trying to comply with the bylaws.
