Notice of Public Hearing
A Public Hearing will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, June 24, 2019 at the Oak Bay Municipal Hall, located at 2167 Oak Bay Avenue.
Please Note: The public hearing for this application was previously scheduled for June 10, 2019 but was postponed to June 24, 2019.
Bylaw No. 3531.104 will amend the Zoning Bylaw by rezoning a property at 2506 / 2512 Wootton Crescent from One Family Residential Use (RS-5) to Two Family Residential Use (RD-1), to remove the legal nonconforming status of the existing duplex and allow for a second storey addition to the duplex.
Hard copies of the bylaw and other background information may be inspected prior to the Public Hearing between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, up to June 24, 2019, at the Oak Bay Building and Planning Department, located in Municipal Hall at 2167 Oak Bay Avenue. A copy of the bylaw and other public hearing material, including the staff report, is also available on the District website.
