The District of Oak Bay is constructing Phase 2 of the Windsor Rd Sanitary Replacement Project. During this project, 320 meters of sanitary sewer will be replaced on Windsor Road between St Patrick Street and Hampshire Rd. The project began on June 22nd, 2022, and will be completed in September 2022.

This work is part of our ongoing sanitary sewer infrastructure improvement plan to improve sanitary sewer management on Windsor Road.
