The Russ Hays Racing Cycle Club Society is a not-forprofit society that provides support for the development of young cyclicsts in Victoria. On June 1, 2018 they are hosting the 2018 Canadian National Masters Time Trial Championships. Participants will ride along streets of Victoria and Oak Bay.
