The 7th Annual Oak Bay Easter Celebration will fill the green space and parking lot behind Oak Bay Municipal Hall again on April 20, 2019. Activities include face painting, arts and crafts, balloon masters, and the candy scramble. There will also be a collection of non-perishable food items for The Mustard Seed Foundation.
