SUMMARY:The Sutcliffes Dance Party
DESCRIPTION:Join Beacon Ridge Productions for their next concert. \n\nThe Sutcliffes offer the energetic stage show they are renowned for as they cover a varied catalogue of songs that fill the dance floor.\n\n\n\nA Beatles band with a slightly different take. Their focus is on the Beatles from Hamburg\, to the Cavern\, and the BBC studios- the songs they wrote\, the songs they covered and the songs they loved. They play early period songs\, with a nod to the more well-known tracks. They cover many of the Beatles seminal influences\, from early rock and roll classics like Chuck Berry’s Memphis\, to the slinky R&B of Anna and on to the country and rockabilly vein of I Got a Woman (their version of the Beatles doing Elvis’s cover of a Ray Charles song…). \nWhen the Sutcliffes were invited to play The Liverpool Beatles Festival they realized the dream of every kid who ever listened to the Beatles. The annual event sees tens of thousands of visitors make the pilgrimage to listen to some of the greatest performers from around the world. The Sutcliffes were the first artists from B.C. to ever be invited and were there with over 50 other acts from Europe\, Asia and North and South America. \nThe Sutcliffes are a band that is in high demand\, they have a huge following of devoted fans\, so be sure to get your tickets early! \n\n\nTickets are available through Beacon Ridge Productions.

SUMMARY:Big Little Lions
DESCRIPTION:Big Little Lions are an award winning duo who were born out of a collaboration that won them a JUNO Award in 2014. Since then they have been cranking out infectious folk pop songs that are jam-packed with emotion and tight harmonies that sound like the product of two people working side-by-side instead of living in different countries. \nThey have released 7 albums to date\, which have garnered them awards and nominations including the CFMA Ensemble of the Year\, Independent Music Awards Americana Sing of the Year and John Lennon Songwriting Competition Song of the Year. Their critically acclaimed music has appeared on the CBC’s Top 20 and featured on shows like q and Vinyl Cafe. The duo consists of Paul Otten and Helen Austin\, both hugely prolific songwriters – their music has been placed in hundreds of movie trailers\, ads\, network TV shows. \nTheir live show is quite the spectacle with Paul playing drums\, bass and keyboard all while singing lead vocals. Helen\, who is no slacker either\, sings\, plays guitar and foot percussion. They use every limb\, and then some\, to make two people sound like a full band. \nTickets are available through Beacon Ridge Productions.
