DESCRIPTION:The Community Association of Oak Bay\, together with Oak Bay United Church and the Oak Bay News is hosting a Donation Drive in support of the Victoria Women in Need (WIN) Community Cooperative’s programs! \nWhen: Saturday\, July 18\, 2026  9:00am–12:00pm\nWhere: Parking lot of Oak Bay United Church\, corner of Granite and Mitchell Streets.\nWhat: Bring your gently used small-sized furniture\, household items\, and clothing donations. \nFor donation guidelines see: womeninneed.ca/guidelines \nWIN is a community of care. Their resale shops\, online store\, and donations directly fund programs that support women\, trans\, non-binary\, and Two-Spirit people through crisis\, change\, and rebuilding. When you shop or donate to WIN\, you are part of a steady system of care rooted in dignity and choice. \n*Please note that the WIN staff will use their discretion when accepting donations\, ensuring that items received are those that can best support WIN’s programs and community members.
