Create a MyDistrict Account Online

MyDistrict enables residents and businesses to access information about their taxes, utilities, dog licence and business licence, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With a MyDistrict account you can:

View your tax payments and levies - View your home assessments - Claim your Home Owner Grant online - View your utility usage and payment information - View your dog and business payment information - Pay your dog and business invoices online and much more.

How to set up your account online:

  • Go to www.oakbay.ca/online
  • Select Login to MyDistrict Online.
  • Select Don't have a Profile? Register Now.
  • Fill out the Registration page and hit Register.
  • You will receive a Registration email.
  • Once you receive your email. Follow the link contained within the email.
  • You are now ready to log on and register accounts. Your account information and access codes can be found on your invoices.
